Last week I wrote about a recent visit with my doctor, who commented on my weight.
While shopping for a new wardrobe is infinitely more fun than going on a diet, I am saving money for other purposes, which shall be revealed in time.
So I'm doing the diet thing. Again.
This time, I have company, as A's doctor wants him to drop a few pounds. He decided last week that we would both do Weight Watchers Online. Again.
I had joined earlier this year, but I just wasn't motivated. Now, I'm motivated. The easy iPhone app helps out a lot too.
Monday marked my first week on the program.
Drum roll, please...
I lost five pounds last week! But I'm sure my friends behind the counter at Dunkin' Donuts are noticing that they are selling one less poppy seed bagel every morning.
Yippee. I can only imagine what you are saving your money for. I think you will inspire me to get back on the wt loss train.-kev
